The Give2Those Hands Up 4 Our Heroes program aims to provide essential assistance and support to active duty members, veterans, first responders, and their families during times of hardship, distress, or tragedy. Our goal is to spread acts of kindness and give back to our Nation's Heroes. We achieve this through various means such as financial support, care packages, support baskets, memorial items, social media fundraisers, and utilizing the resources at our disposal. Our services are available to veterans, first responders, and their families from all eras, without any limitations on when or where they served. Discover the impact we make, extending beyond the finish line!
***** Give2Those distributes funds to each of their programs according to the requirements and necessities. The team puts in a lot of effort by organizing events and promoting our mission to attract participants, donations, and sponsorships. However, it is important to note that we may not be able to fulfill every request once we have utilized all our resources for the year, as Give2Those.org does not reallocate funds from other programs.

• Military Friends Foundation - Directly helped active duty military members and gold star families.
• Task Force Vet Visits - Visits and assists U.S. Veterans of all ages, branch, and provides help and
support to Veterans, Gold Star and Blue Star Families.
• The Matthew Patton Foundation- Which was used for wellness and suicide prevention campaign survey
• End 22 - Helping Veterans and Active Duty get into treatment that is not covered by the VA or Military Medical Facilities.
• Cpl. David Atherton Foundation - Providing Funds to the Scholarship Program
• VFW's - Help America's veterans. The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States is a nonprofit veterans service organization comprised of eligible veterans and military service members from the active, guard and reserve forces.
• Ma Deuce Deuce Foundation - Providing Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) a diversity of restorative and therapeutic programs at no cost to the veteran.
• Backward Flag Arms 2 Artisans Foundation- Foster the successful transition of Post 9/11 Veterans from military service to post service life through an artisan skills program by providing education, experience and a network of peer support.
• American Legion Riders, Hyde Park - Provided Christmas gift support and support to their mission.

Testimony Story: From Marine Veteran Tom D
As a recent recipient, I want to express how truly grateful and thankful I am to Heather and Give2Those. I started the year out without water: well pump went right before Christmas and I was having problems with the new one .. April hot water heater goes and a week later pressure tank for well pump goes (insert Big scream - because I just got even in May from the well pump). The mortgage co didn’t care the program they have is a joke .. defer mortgage payments for 3 or 6 months, but on month 4 or 7 You Have to have all 4 or 7 payments.....Yeah Right on disability.I tried getting ahold of VA rep in town with no luck , not unusual.. just frustrating because they don’t seem to know how to return calls , again not unusual (the VA Doctors don’t either). So I took it upon myself to make my own program and use my mortgage payments Towards Needed things , pressure tank , hot water heater and installation $$. So I’d be behind and play catch up, nothing new, just old and tiresome. In comes Joe with a phone call what’s going on and everything, after telling him what’s been going on and what I had to do and everything he tells me he knows exactly who to contact and he’ll make a call. While I knew about Give2Those my thinking from having frontal lobe damage has slowed down, I didn’t even think about contacting them even just to see if they could point me in the right direction..

Our team works hard through events, and spreading the word for our mission to get participants to events, donations in and sponsorships but due to demand we are not always able to accommodate everyones request once we have expended all of our available funds/resources within the year and Give2Those.org does not pull funds from other programs.
