What is Operation R.P.G
Resilience, Persistence & Grit

Resilience, Persistence & Grit

We Operate as one Unit, working together towards one goal, to complete the mission set fourth.

Operation Resilience, Persistence & Grit is a program powered by Give2Those and Vest Up 4 the Fallen that actively engages Veterans, Active Duty Military Members, First Responders, and Civilian Family Members  into physical and social events and programs. These activities aim to motivate, empower, strengthen, and renew their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, while also fostering camaraderie.

The initiative of Operation Resilience, Persistence & Grit places great emphasis on the value of teamwork and perseverance, urging members to support one another and continue moving forward together, regardless of the obstacles they encounter.

Furthermore, when the Operation Resilience, Persistence & Grit Team participates in events members may choose to don their weighted vest. These vests are worn as a tribute to those who have lost their lives from military members to first responders.  The weight of these vests serves as a constant reminder that it is insignificant compared to the sacrifices made in service to our nation, as well as the profound grief and sorrow carried by their loved ones each and every day. This reminder underscores the importance of focusing not on how a hero passed, but rather on how they lived.

The motto "Together We Start, Together We Finish" reflects the spirit of unity and determination within the team.

We pay tribute to: Their dedication, Their selflessness, and Their legacy

Together we can build a bridge between the gap; where Veterans and First Responders actively engaging in conversations with civilians so that they can gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the experiences, and the challenges they face not only when they serve but also when they leave such service.
