I want My 80's Adult Prom! A Night to Remember...

Due to the High Demand for this event we have expanded the venue space at the American Legion that being said, more seats have become available but are limited!

We are excited to announce “I want My 80’s Adult Prom”A Night to Remember Fundraiser in Newton, Massachusetts. The 80's had some of the best music, so go back in time with us to enjoy an 80's prom night. Whether you make it a Date Night, Ladies Night Out, or come out by yourself and make some new friends

This is a 21+ event that will be held at the American Legion Nonantum Post 440 - 295 California St, Newton, MA 02458, on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 6pm-12am.

Cocktail hour and light Hors’ D’oeuvres will be from 6-7pm. Then we will get the Prom Party started from 7pm-12am. You can get done up from head to toe in an 80’s style formal gown, fun dress attire, your favorite pop star or celebrity, in an 80’s style suit or tuxedo,big hair and bright makeup. Some of the guests go all out, others keep it simple with gaudy 80’s prom attire. It is up to you so don’t be shy, have fun with it and embrace the blast from the past!

Light Food will be provided, D.J playing 80’s hits throughout the night, Photo Booth, Breakdancing/ Dance Competition, Dance Song Trivia, Electric Slide, Raffles, 50/50, and 2 of our Best Dressed Guests will be crowned 80’s Royalty. We will also be broadcasting remixed cartoons, commercials, and popular visuals from the decade on a jumbo screen and so much more!

What is an Adult Prom? It's all the fun of a regular prom, without the awkward slow dancing or tacky corsage. Everyone knows the best part about prom is getting dressed up and partying the night away with your friends. No matter how long it's been since your own prom, you're cordially invited to a reinvented version of the high school prom that benefits the a local non-profit supporting our Nation’s Heroes.
